1, Laser Engraving:

- Disadvantages: Limited to the base metal color.
Disadvantages:
+ No outstanding colors like red, blue, yellow… Its color is stainless steel under the white paint layer of the cup.

2, Screen printing is a method of printing 1-2 color logos onto thermos bottles.
Screen Printing:
- A traditional method involving ink forced through a mesh screen onto the tumbler.
- Advantages: Fast production for large orders, low cost per unit.
- Disadvantages: Limited to 1-2 colors.
3, UV printing technology on thermos bottles
- A modern technique that uses UV light to cure ink directly onto the surface.
- Advantages: Full-color printing, high-resolution images, can print on various surfaces.
- Disadvantages: Higher cost and longer production time compared to screen printing.
4, Embossing Technology
- Creates a raised design on the tumbler surface.
- Advantages: Versatile, can be applied to most areas of the tumbler, competitive pricing, quick production.
- Disadvantages: Cannot print logos with many small, thin lines. Logo easily peels off in harsh environments.
